The Green Bay Area Chamber recently hosted its annual dinner, which is a celebratory event every fall.

But there was something special about this one (our 131st) that I couldn't quite put a finger on. And then it came to me - it was the energy, the positivity and the genuine pleasure of our members to see each other and connect.

It was no surprise, then, that when our emcee, Bill Jartz, and I tried to "wrangle" the crowd of more than 600 attendees to sit down to begin dinner, things were slow going. People were so immersed in conversation, networking and catching up, I think they would have stood there ...
