Letter: MacAfee not an expert on Obamacare

7:30 PM, Nov. 2, 2013  |  Comments

John MacAfee invented the world's first commercial anti-virus software, selling his company for over 100 million in 2004. MacAfee became an adventure seeking playboy with land holdings in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, and Hawaii. MacAfee sold most of his holdings by 2008 and moved to Belize. MacAfee bragged of his drug use, using cocaine, Quaaludes, LSD, and DMT a psychedelic, according to a recent MSNBC program.

In April 2012 his compound was raided in Belize, MacAfee was arrested on weapons charges. This 66 year old man was living with armed guards, several protection dogs and five or more 17 to 20 year old young women. MacAfee's neighbor complained to Belize police about the free roaming dogs. The next day, MacAfee's neighbor was shot in the head and killed. Belize police wanted to talk to MacAfee as a person of interest in his neighbor's death but MacAfee fled the country. He was arrested in Guatamala and deported to his native country, U.S.A. He has not been formally charged in the U.S. yet.

The House G.O.P. demands Obamacare briefing asking for a computer expert, to come to Washington and advise the committee. The expert they invited, you guessed it, John MacAfee, to "guide our oversight and review of Obamacare".

MacAfee was a guest on Fox News listed as an expert on Obamacare.

When George W Bush rolled out his Medicare part D drug prescription program, it was full of glitches. The same people who are complaining about the ACA glitches, were asking for patience and bipartisan cooperation to fix the George W Bush Medicare part D drug program.

The G.O.P., Fox News, and Mr. Hallwachs should maybe do a background check on their so called expert on Obamacare.

As Mr Hallwachs says: this is a debacle, bungle, fiasco, and a failure, to do any research of John MacAfee.
