What do Halloween and the Federal Aviation Administration have to do with Obamacare? Well, one comedian suggests that since we can now use our electronic devices on planes, perhaps when we're stuck on the tarmac for eight hours, we can use that time to finally get on the Obamacare website.

Another says six kids showed up at his door for trick or treating dressed as normal people. Guess who they were. No idea? ...
