Vets, military members free at EAA museum Nov. 8-11

EAA is honoring veterans and current active military members this weekend at the EAA AirVenture Museum in Oshkosh with free admission for them during regular museum hours on Nov. 8-11.

The tribute to veterans begins on Thursday, evening, Nov. 7, as EAA hosts the November edition of its free museum lecture series. Tom Thomas will present "The History of the Wisconsin Air National Guard" at 7 p.m. The presentation is free of charge and is open to the public, and will feature a special "behind the ropes" museum tour immediately following the presentation.

The EAA AirVenture Museum is located at 3000 Poberezny Road in Oshkosh, near the Highways 41/44 interchange. More information is available at www.airventuremuseum.org.
