Construction of a long-awaited business park in Biron - held up for years by necessary government approvals - will begin within the next 10 days, project leaders said this week.

Village officials and leaders from Lampert-Lee & Associates, the Plover-based engineering firm assisting the village with the project, have been working with Wisconsin Rapids city staff members to work out the details of hooking up to the city's wastewater system, and if city officials approve the proposal later this month, the project will move forward, Biron Village President Jon Evenson said.
