Packers' playoff hopes depend on how they do without Rodgers

The Green Bay Packers are about to embark on a handful of games without one of the NFL's premier players, quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and with playoff positioning at stake for the stretch run of the season.

The Packers have given no public indication of how many games they expect Rodgers to miss because of the nonsurgical broken collarbone he sustained Monday night against Chicago. Several national reports have said three games, though it will be no surprise if that's stretched to four or five games, or even six.

That means the Packers will be looking to Seneca Wallace, the 33-year-old backup ...
