The Green Bay Packers had two new players who were limited in practice on Thursday: defensive lineman Ryan Pickett and outside linebacker Andy Mulumba.

Pickett was on the Packers’ injury report on Wednesday with a knee injury, though he also was listed as a full participant in a Wednesday practice that was essentially a long jog-through. He was not on the field during the portion of practice open to reporters on Thursday.

Mulumba has an ankle injury and was a limited participant on Thursday. His status isn’t as big a concern because of the return of starting outside linebackers Clay Matthews, who is returning from a broken thumb, and Nick Perry, who is back from a broken foot.

Matthews and outside linebacker Mike Neal also were limited in practice on Thursday.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers again missed practice because of a broken collarbone that’s expected to sideline him for several weeks.

Guard T.J. Lang also was not on the practice field. He sustained a concussion on Monday night against the Chicago Bears. He appears likely to miss Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
