Wausau Community Theatre will perform the rock musical "Next to Normal" Nov. 8-10, marking the first time the production will be held in the Wausau area.

North Central Health Care Community Corner Clubhouse is partnering with WCT for the show because it contains themes about mental illness. The plot is about a suburban mother who struggles with bipolar disorder and the effect her illness has on her family.

Shows will be held at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 8 and Nov. 9 and 2 p.m. Nov. 10 at The Grand theater on Fourth Street in downtown Wausau.

Tickets are $21 for adults, $17 for seniors, college students and active military, and $13 for children in high school and younger. Tickets purchased at the door will cost an additional $3. Order tickets by calling 715-359-3972.
