Another video, another excuse of inebriation. On top of admitting to smoking crack while in a drunken stupor, the mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford, had to explain away another video, this one released Thursday that shows him in a rage, throwing out death threats and ranting about committing first-degree murder. The context was unclear.

His explanation? Well, the alcohol card worked once, so why not again, eh? He told reporters that he was "extremely inebriated." One comedian told his audience that he would pay thousands of dollars to see Ford fight, and even more to see him do it in his underwear, ...
