When Matt Flynn left the Green Bay Packers via free agency in March 2012, he never expected to return in anything other than an opposing team's uniform.

Twenty months and three NFL teams later, the sixth-year quarterback was back in Packers garb Wednesday afternoon, one day after re-signing with the team that drafted him in the seventh round of the 2008 NFL draft.

Flynn, 28, spent four years as Aaron Rodgers' understudy before leaving after the 2011 season for a three-year, $26 million deal with the Seattle Seahawks, which included a $10 million signing bonus. ...
