The Broadway Business Improvement District board of directors has no official stance on whether Walmart should build a store in the Larsen Green development.

Unofficially, it's divided, like much of the rest of the district in downtown Green Bay.

Chairman Ray Salter's request for a vote on the issue died for lack of a response during Thursday's meeting, but only after he asked everyone to offer their opinions.
