Second man convicted in preschool burglary

The second of two Weston men convicted of burglarizing a Wausau preschool will head to prison.

Anthony D'Acquisto, 28. was sentenced Thursday in Marathon County Circuit Court after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors. D'Acquisto was found guilty on felony burglary and forgery charges and will spend three years in prison.

The charges against D'Acquisto stem from a July 24 burglary at Newman Catholic Early Childhood Center, 615 Stark St., Wausau. Matthew Rudolph, 32, faced the ...
