Clay Banks Town Board approves 2014 budget

With most of the revenue in the 2014 Clay Banks Town Budget coming from a $111,700 tax levy, the Town Board approved next year's spending plan Thursday morning.

The budget reflected a 6.72 percent decrease in income and a corresponding drop in spending next year.

Next after the property tax for revenue sources for the town is state highway aids in the amount of $56,164.01. Smaller amounts are expected from other state shared revenues, from interest, and licenses and permits. ...
