Home sales remained strong in Northeastern Wisconsin in October, though they cooled statewide.
Sales in Brown County were 14.4 percent higher than in October 2012, and were up 4.6 percent in Winnebago County. Sales were 5.7 percent lower in Outagamie County, but that totaled only 10 fewer houses sold. The three counties account for 58 percent of sales in the 14-county region.
