The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is moving into its second decade on solid financial footing but with added focus on expenses that will come with 10 years of wear and tear.

The nonprofit performing arts center in downtown Appleton came in more than $500,000, or 5 percent, under its 2012-13 operational budget, according to an annual financial report released Tuesday morning.
