It may be time to start a new vegan tradition this Thanksgiving. The nation's largest turkey producer doesn't appear to be ready for the annual holiday. Butterball recently announced that it's experiencing a shortage of large fresh turkeys, though it still has an ample supply of large frozen turkeys. Large turkeys are defined as those 16 pounds or heavier.
