A Wood County judge has sentenced a 22-year-old Marshfield man convicted of killing his former girlfriend to at least 40 years in prison.

"Today is about Maisie (E. McCullough,)" said her father, George McCullough. "She was a very special young woman - not just to me, her father, but to the world."

George McCullough asked Wood County Circuit Judge Todd Wolf to impose whatever sentence he deemed necessary for Gabriel L. Campos, who was convicted of killing Maisie McCullough. ...
