Unity man faces 5th OWI, child-sex charges

A town of Unity man convicted in May on felony drunken driving charges was driving with more than 10 times his legal limit of alcohol in his system when he was arrested Saturday for the fifth time, according to police.

Matthew Dort, 37, appeared Monday in Marathon County Circuit Court, where he faces charges of fifth-offense drunken driving. In an unrelated case, Dort also was charged on a misdemeanor count of sexual assault of a child age 16 or older. He was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond.
