Gov. Scott Walker, capping off a weeklong media blitz, held forth Friday on topics ranging from federal immigration reform to Senate filibusters, further stoking rumors he is considering a run for president in 2016.

When asked what foreign-policy experience he would bring to the presidential ticket, Walker signaled that he has a toughness that he believes is absent from the White House on areas such as Syria and Iran.

He brought up his refusal to back down in battles with public sector unions and compared it to Ronald Reagan's hard-as-nails approach with unionized air traffic controllers ...
