Oshkosh warming shelter receives grant from JJ Keller Foundation

As its third season of operation has gotten underway, the Day by Day Warming Shelter, 449 High Ave., was honored to receive a $10,000 grant from the J. J. Keller Foundation. In making the grant announcement, Foundation executive director Mary Harp-Jirschele said the grant would assist the shelter with its operating expenses during the 2013-2014 winter season. Specifically, she said the money would allow the shelter to "open your doors two hours earlier and begin to provide extended 'case management' to your clients."
