Circles of Support, a program of Goodwill NCW, is a prison re-entry program dedicated to reducing recidivism and increasing safety in the Oshkosh area. Started in 2006 as a grass roots effort to intervene in the revolving doors of our justice system, a group of volunteers and professionals came together to start the Community Circles of Support.
