Flynn says he would like to start at quarterback

Packers quarterback Matt Flynn was asked point blank today if he deserves to start against the Lions on Thursday.

"I don't know, I would like to start, I definitely want to," replied Flynn. "But that's not my decision to make. Whoever's out there gives us the best chance, whoever the coach feels that is. Whatever happens, I'm here and I do what they tell me to do."

Although Mike McCarthy wouldn't name a starter for the Thanksgiving Game, Flynn said he will prepare this week as if he will start. ...
