Court rejects religious argument against blood draw

A state appeals court declined Wednesday to consider a whether an impaired Clark County motorist can refuse to submit to a blood draw on religious beliefs.

The District IV Court of Appeals concluded that arguments an attorney for Victoria M. Milewski of Thorp presented were "misframed and wholly undeveloped."

Milewski, 46, was pulled over for speeding in October 2012 by Greenwood police officer Luke Misslin. Misslin detected the smell of marijuana when Milewski rolled down the window. ...
