A Door County doctor and Philippines native is asking people to donate to organizations in the Philippines to help with rebuilding the country that was ravaged by a typhoon earlier this month.

Typhoon Haiyan decimated several major areas of the Philippines including the province of Leyte where Dr. Chona Antonio, a family medicine doctor at North Shore Medical Clinic in Sturgeon Bay, was stationed for two years as she worked for Community Medicine Development Foundation Inc.
