Oshkosh man arrested again for violating campus ban

Injunction was overturned by appeals court and Jeffrey Decker said it shouldn't be in effect

An Oshkosh man whose protests of University of Wisconsin policies sometimes included wearing a dragon costume was arrested over the weekend and accused of showing up at UW-Stevens Point in violation of a court injunction that court records show was overturned.

Police arrested Jeffrey Decker, 34, at the Dreyfus University Center on Saturday night after a caller told police he was on campus in violation of a restraining order.
