Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers hasn't been medically cleared to play, but he took some snaps with the No.1 offense during Wednesday's practice, according to tight end Andrew Quarless.
“Oh man, 12 looked real good today," Quarless said of Rodgers. "It was good to see him out there really working with the offense. He was out there before but wasn’t working as much with the offense. But today he took some offensive reps, which is a great thing for the team, definitely."
Quarless confirmed that Rodgers took reps with the first-team offense.
"12 is our leader, man," Quarless said. "It would be great to get him back. But (Matt) Flynn has the ability to step up and be that guy until that time has come."
