BlueWater Services, formerly known as Mastalir Services, is a business with two parts, one being a vehicle service center and the other, residential trash clean-up or hauling.

Owner and Kewaunee native John Mastalir started working for Schneider Transport in 1973 and doing work on his own in a hobby shop after he graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College as a diesel technician. Mastalir went on to work in construction in 1981 before he opened the service and hauling business full-time in 1982.
