Marc Golde used to dream about the Fox Valley music scene.

Growing up in the small central Wisconsin city of Merrill, Golde checked out almost every Fox Valley band that visited his hometown and pledged that he, too, someday, would be like them.

By age 9, Golde had learned drums, guitar and piano and was recording music with a reel-to-reel recorder he got as a gift. Little did he know it would become the basis of his music career and his four-time WAMI award-winning Rock Garden Studio in Appleton. ...
