Law enforcement looking to regional approach to combat heroin problem

As heroin use continues to grow in central Wisconsin, law enforcement personnel are looking to expand their regional approach to curb the growing problem.

Stevens Point Police Chief Kevin Ruder said he is reaching out to other communities in central Wisconsin to find more ways law enforcement and municipal officials can work together to combat the rise of heroin use in the region.
