Crivitz couple sentenced in tavern fire

A Crivitz couple will serve five years in prison for mailing an insurance claim on a Suring tavern fire they admitted knowing was intentionally set.

However, Jessica Miller and Donald Halbur Jr. will likely spend little if any additional time in prison, as U.S. District Judge William Griesbach ordered the sentence served concurrently with their five year state court sentences for arson-fraud related to the destruction of Miller's home in the town of Stephenson.
