Michael Moe came into this season as the clear No. 1 goalie for the D.C. Everest boys hockey team for the first time in his high school career.

He has delivered for the Evergreens.

The 6-foot senior, who was part of a tandem in the Everest net the past two years, came into this week with a 91.3 percent save percentage and was fourth with a 2.15 goals against average. He has started 18 of 20 games for the Evergreens and is a reason why Everest is tied for third in the Wisconsin Valley Conference, and just a point out of second with two weeks left on the conference schedule. ...
