Rotz to talk star quilts in Wittenberg

WITTENBERG - Sharon Rotz, Mosinee, will present "Oh My Stars, What I Have Learned," a talk about star quilts and more at 1 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Wittenberg Community Center, 208 W. Vinal St., Wittenberg.

Suggested donation is $5.

Rotz, an award-winning quilter, textile designer and author, also judged the current quilt show at the WOWSPACE and lent some of her own quilts to the exhibition.

River Valley Harmonizers will sing for your valentine

WAUSAU - Wausau Barbershoppers The River Valley Harmonizers will say "I Love You" with singing valentines on Feb. 14. Tunes sung by a barbershop quartet can be delivered to office, home, restaurant, school or any place of business in the greater Wausau area. Special delivery available to nursing homes and assisted living centers.
