As Jay Leno points out himself, a lot can change in 20 years. When he started the show, pot was illegal and people could smoke cigarettes anywhere they wanted. But after more than 20 years as host of "The Tonight Show" Jay Leno is stepping down (again). We'll see how long it lasts this time. He said goodbye last night; and several of the late-night comics also had plenty to say in bidding their colleague farewell. Even though Punchlines usually only showcases the funny stuff, we're ending this webisode with a heartfelt so long from the late-night legend.
