Join Citizens for a Strong Oshkosh for the next CSO Conversation, "Infrastructure Outlook." This informal public meeting will be held Monday, Feb. 17, 6 to 7 p.m. at Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Ave., Room 404. City Manager Mark Rohloff and city staff will evaluate the strengths and the needs of the city's infrastructure over the next several years.
