It wasn't just one thing.

That was the message delivered Monday by Green Bay police about last week's fight outside Green Bay Preble High School that left one student injured and prompted officials to beef up security around the school.

"No specific incident started this, but we've investigated several instances where kids have been fighting in the community," Lt. Todd LePine, the Green Bay Police Department's liaison officer to the school district, said during a press conference on Monday morning at Green Bay Area Public School District offices. ...
