Gasoline prices rise almost 4 cents in past week

Average retail gasoline prices in Green Bay have risen 3.9 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.31 a gallon on Sunday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 127 gas outlets in Green Bay.

That's 28.1 cents a gallon lower than a year ago but 2.9 cents a gallon more than a month ago.

This compares with the national average that has increased 1.6 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.28 a gallon.

That's a decrease of 1.9 cents a gallon from last month and is 26.8 cents a gallon less than a year ago.
