Technology and trade have come a long way and continue to be ever changing in today's society. Therefore it is imperative to prepare our youth for a bright and successful future.

MIRA (Manitowoc International Relations Association) and KIRA (Kamogawa International Relations Association) have worked together to provide an educational exchange opportunity for Manitowoc and Kamogawa, Japan, youth in grades 9 through 12.
