Love gets fresh for 'Love on Holiday'

The third annual songwriting workshop holds two concerts of brand new love songs at TAP

For its third edition, this year's "Love on Holiday" songwriting workshops and follow-up public performances have a few new twists to look forward to, according to co-organizer pat mAcdonald.

For one thing, the public performances of freshly-written songs about love will take place as two different concerts Feb. 14 and 15 at Third Avenue Playhouse - no bar dates this year (although outreach performances in area nursing homes will continue). And, being able to have a Friday night concert on the holiday that inspires the workshop's songwriters mattered to mAcdonald.
