? Stand with your weight leaning forward through the toes and gripping TRX bands straight out in front.
? Pull triceps up to 90 degree angle, keeping arms close to head, elbows in and straps at top of forehead.
? Repeat the movement for 30 seconds or two sets of 15.
? Modification would be using a dumbbell to row behind the head with elbows tucked in to target triceps.
TIP: Walking the feet forward will make the move a bit easier. Walking the feet back to increase the lean will make it harder.
