Perhaps the most difficult decision John Schneider has ever had to make was leaving the comfort of the Green Bay Packers' front office in 2010 to become the general manager of the Seattle Seahawks.

A year later, the rebuilding in Seattle was in full effect while the Packers captured their first Super Bowl title in 15 years with a roster Schneider helped compile.
