Former Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin surprised many when he opted to speak at the combine following the published results of Ted Wells' investigation into the Miami Dolphins organization.

Philbin, entering his third year as the Dolphins' head coach, opened the combine by shouldering the blame for the harassment of second-year offensive lineman Jonathan Martin at the hands of several teammates and coaches, most notably Richie Incognito.

Philbin maintained he wasn't aware of Incognito and others' bullying of Martin, but forcefully reiterated that doesn't mean his hands ...
