But when it comes to the environment in the Green Bay Packers' locker room, Thompson does nothing to disguise the critical role it plays in his decision making.

The Packers GM did so again at the NFL scouting combine this week when he told reporters that one of the last issues he and the team's coaches and scouts revisit right before drafting a player is how he'll fit in with the rest of the locker room. ...
