Family and friends of a 13-year-old girl who has been wracked by seizures since age 8 have organized a fundraiser for her medical care.

Vivian Erickson of Rothschild has has been in and out of hospitals for more than five years as she has suffered epileptic seizures that have become more and more frequent and debilitating, said her mother, Jen Erickson, who has quit working to remain by her daughter's side through her treatments.

The benefit will be held from 7 p.m. Saturday until 2:30 a.m. Sunday at Dale's Weston Lanes in Weston. It will include live music from the Get Bent band, free food, ...
