Rahr-West Art Museum to display 600-plus pieces

The walls of the Rahr-West Art Museum are awash with color in preparation for an annual celebration of youth art.

This year more than 600 pieces of Manitowoc student art will be on display at the museum during Youth Art Month, Sunday through March 30. The nine art instructors of the Manitowoc Public School District have been busy curating art since school started in September and will have about 150 high school pieces, more than 100 junior high pieces and 350 pieces of elementary art on display.
