Thief steals tools from Stevens Point man who repairs bikes for those in need

Larry Frostman estimates he has given away more than 2,100 bicycles to people in need of transportation in the past 15 years in the Stevens Point area.

But his ability to continue to help people with their bicycles is in flux after having many of his bike repair tools stolen sometime between mid-January and mid-February.
