? Amy Kramm recently joined United FCS as a customer service representative in the Stevens Point office. As a CSR, she will provide first-contact customer service to customers, along with providing administrative support to all members of the retail delivery team.

Kramm has many years of customer service experience in retail and financial services environments.

United FCS is a member of the Farm Credit System, a nationwide network of banks and retail lending associations chartered to support the borrowing needs of U.S. agriculture and the nation's rural economy. Serving over 6,000 customer-members and with over $1.7 billion of assets, United FCS has a primary focus in a 22-county service area in west central Minnesota and north central Wisconsin, providing loans, leases and a wide array of financial services through twelve branch office locations and 185 employees.

? GSF Mortgage has welcomed Michelle Nikolay as a branch manager in Marshfield.

Nikolay comes to GSF Mortgage with an extensive sales background. She started off in heavy truck equipment sales and transitioned into pension administration for an insurance company. She did training for an agency office in Wausau that concentrated on obtaining 401k clients. Later on, she worked in inside sales for a life insurance agency. Due to her experience of working with life insurance, she partnered with a mortgage broker who wanted to sell both mortgages and life insurance. Shortly after starting there, she decided to get her mortgage origination license as well and has been originating for the last 15 years.

Nikolay will be joined by Sara Pickrell, loan originator, and Gloria Matticks, processor.

? Advanced Pain Management has hired Dennis Skrajewski as its new president and chief operating officer.

In this role, Skrajewski will work across all APM clinics to ensure patient satisfaction, enhance communications and maximize operating efficiency.

APM is a group of physicians dedicated to diagnosing and treating painful conditions using the most advanced, minimally invasive treatment options available.

Skrajewski attended Yale Medical School and began his career as a physician assistant. After practicing medicine for five years, he obtained his MBA in Healthcare Financial Management from Boston University. After working as the vice president of operations at Lakes Region General Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital in New England, Skrajewski spent nearly 10 years as a division vice president and vice president of corporate development at DaVita HealthCare Partners.

A fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Skrajewski was awarded the Rising Star Award, Accountability Award and GSD Award while at DaVita. Despite his successes there, he said Advanced Pain Management's national reputation and personnel drew him to the Milwaukee area.

Advanced Pain Management is one of the largest pain management groups in the country, with 30 board-certified/eligible physicians offering the most advanced techniques for pain control. Advanced Pain Management physicians operate out of more than 40 locations in Wisconsin.

? Ministry Living Well recently was honored as a winner of the Best of Home Care Provider of Choice Award by Home Care Pulse, the top home care quality assurance firm in the nation.

Ministry Living Well received the recognition after ranking among the highest in the nation in categories such as training, communication, overall quality of care, caregiver performance and recommendation of services. To qualify for the award, 10 percent of Ministry Living Well's clients were interviewed each month by Home Care Pulse and asked to rate the care and attention they received. These client satisfaction scores were factored into the overall ranking during a 12-month period.

? Security Health Plan of Wisconsin Inc. has again been recognized among the nation's leading health plans by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for its Advocare Medicare Advantage plans.

For its 2014 plans, Security Health Plan received an overall rating of 4.5 in the five-star rating the federal agency uses to rank Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription Drug plans.

Security Health Plan offers six different Advocare plans designed to improve the quality of care members receive, increase members' satisfaction with their care and service and control the cost of care.

? Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group recently announced their Stevens Point office's January Chairman's Circle list. The employees include Todd Reilly, Holly Carter, Robin Novak-Nelson, Tiffany Broecker and Josh Zimmerman.
