Peninsula Players announces 2014 season

Among the five shows in the company's 79th season are a world première, a Midwest première and 'Always ... Patsy Cline'

Peninsula Players Theatre, the country's longest-running professional resident summer theater, features a world premiere and a Midwest premiere in its 79th season, which was announced Wednesday and runs from June 17 through Oct. 19.

"The Peninsula Players' 79th season is a cornucopia of riches, and I am positive audiences will find at least a favorite or two that will especially tickle them," Players artistic director Greg Vinkler said.
