Local artist featured in Milwaukee show

The featured exhibit at the Milwaukee Art Museum has a local connection.

"Uncommon Folk: Traditions in American Art" features 600 items of art. Among them are 14 from the collection of Marilyn and Orrin Bradley and were made by Albert Zahn, the "Bird Man of Baileys Harbor." The Bradleys have an extensive collection of folk and outsider art including more of Zahn's pieces.

The exhibit runs until May 4 and people in the Milwaukee area or vacationing there may like to visit the exhibit. Many of the pieces are from the museum's extensive collection and includes American paintings, drawings, ...
