A key piece of evidence in the deadly shooting at Luna Lounge in downtown Appleton last December - a small-caliber firearm - has yet to be recovered. But there is plenty of intrigue surrounding its whereabouts.

The case against the accused shooter, Chong L. Lee, 28, of Neenah, is winding its way through Outagamie County court. Lee, 28, who is accused of shooting Joshua Richards, 25, of Green Bay, in the foyer of the nightclub will be arraigned next week.

Appleton police say they have "exhausted all efforts" to recover the handgun. ...
