Gena Proctor is one of those lucky people who can proudly say she loves her job.

Proctor, 54, is a clerical assistant at Goodwill who work's with the organization's human resources team, doing data entry and other clerical tasks.

It's a position the Appleton woman said she would not have without having been involved with Goodwill Industries' Work Service program, which aims to equip disabled adults who need help with the skills needed to succeed in the workforce. ...
